Its not the flashing lights, the autographs, or the screaming fans. Its not about the wealth and riches that come with making dull, crusty, weathered glass come alive again. Its about connecting with my community, and taking pride in a job well done for a storefront we all drive by twice a day. I like connecting with people on my route and exchanging personal anecdotes for up to an hour, then coming back 30 days later to share how its panned out for both of us. Its like real life character development. I like saying ‘Hi’ if I run into someone from route while I’m bee-bopping around town with the kids. Its the community and community building that is rewarding on the long game. Showing my kids if we want something this is what we do to work for it. I believe its not my magical glass cleaning abilities that set me apart (because pretty much anyone can do it) but its being reliable, honest, and approachable. I love being invested in my community and being able to provide a service we can all see everyday. Getting out what I put in is the best part about window cleaning
